| Four miles around campus with both Joshua and Nathan in the stroller. I was a little stiff yesterday, but I'm feeling good today. It wasn't anything serious, just a transition to more consistent running rather than just walking or (very) easy jogging. But here we go for a faster St. George in October. I'm confident I can break 3 hours and would like to get closer to 2:50. With more consistent training in the coming years, I'd like to get down around 2:40 (at least). Although I think I could probably go faster, the necessary training might not let me maintain the balance I want with family, school, etc. |

| I went 2.5 miles with the stroller and 2.5 without. Without the stroller, I did alternating harder and easy stretches of 1/3 a mile. It felt good. I obviously have a long way to go, but things are going well so far. Also, we did get into St. George, so now I have a clear goal to be shooting for. |

| This was actually a really nice run around campus and the surrounding area. I didn't get out earlier since we had to get the car into the shop early, but I went with the boys in the stroller in the afternoon. A little bit warm, but I don't mind the heat. |
