| It was a really nice run this morning down the Victoria trail and back. No stroller today, as the boys and Anna are out of town for a few days. Much easier to go without a double stroller (but not as much fun either). I'm going to be working to get pretty consistent miles over the next while, so if anyone's following me (which I don't think anyone is), keep me to it.

| 7 miles out and back on the trail in the morning. My legs felt better than I thought they would after yesterday. I was a little tired/slightly sore at the end of the run and on my ride to and from school, I thought I'd be sorer today. But it wasn't bad at all. I took it easy to start and then sped up a little on the way back. |

| 7 miles out and back on the trail. The first 3.5 were in 29:45 and the last 3.5 were in 26:30. So I sped up quite a bit on the way back. I took it easy on the way out just to be safe and to ease into it. The way back actually felt quite nice, not pushing too hard but just a little faster. It's been a good week so far and the weather has been beautiful. |

| 4 miles on the trail before classes. I was a little over 8 min/mile pace on the way out and about 7:30 on the way back. |

| 10 miles out and back to the Arlington Heights Sports Park. The first 5 were in 40 minutes and the last five were in 37:28. The last couple miles were a little harder, but not too bad. I was pretty happy with this run at this stage in the year. |

| It was a really nice start to the week. I went 8 miles out and back on the Victoria trail. the first 4 in 33:15 and the last 4 in 29:27. I had a little blister on the outside of my left foot from my walk in sandals yesterday. Silly me. Oh well. It wasn't that bad and hopefully it goes away soon.
