| 8 miles with the boys in the stroller. I felt good and this has turned out to be a pretty good running week for this time of year. It's been pretty warm this week, and it should cool off a little before summer hits in earnest, but I don't mind the heat that much. |

| This was a great morning run down at Mission Bay in San Diego. I ran the first 11 with my mom and then went the last mile in 5:44, which was surprisingly fast since it wasn't a very strained effort at all. |

After a 1 mile warmup, I did a 4-mile tempo run with splits of 6:26, 6:29, 6:30, and 6:41. Then I did a 2-mile cooldown pretty easy pace. My perceived exertion was not too high, so that was nice. I did slow down a bit at the end, but I'm happy with where I am at this time of year. A little surprised at how easy it feels to be going a little faster.

It was an eleven mile run this morning. After a couple miles warmup at around 8:00/mile pace, I went the last nine hovering around 7:30/mile. I've been happy with how my training's been going so far.
