Four miles around campus with both Joshua and Nathan in the stroller. I was a little stiff yesterday, but I'm feeling good today. It wasn't anything serious, just a transition to more consistent running rather than just walking or (very) easy jogging. But here we go for a faster St. George in October. I'm confident I can break 3 hours and would like to get closer to 2:50. With more consistent training in the coming years, I'd like to get down around 2:40 (at least). Although I think I could probably go faster, the necessary training might not let me maintain the balance I want with family, school, etc. |
