2.5 early with Anna and the boys, then I went 4 on the trail a little later. I'm running the St. George half, so I need to start getting going again. I have been running semi-consistently (but not any high miles) and biking about 40 miles a week, so it'll be interesting to see what will happen in the next month and a half. I'm not counting on anything big, but it'll be good to get back into racing again. |
