This was sort of a piecemeal run since I was making bread in the morning and ran while it was rising/baking.  A good chunk of the run was on grass, and that was nice.  I just registered for the St. George lottery, so here goes!  Last year was pretty disappointing because I was in shape to break 3 and was on pace to do so through the first 18 miles of the race or so.  Then, after a sharp pain in my knee, I had to walk the rest of the way.  I have a better start this year than I did last year, so I'm confident I'll be even a bit ahead of where I was last year.  I'd really like to break 3 hours, and think it would be nice to get around 2:50 this year.

This was a nice run with a fartlek part thrown in at the end.

Some of this was in the five fingers then the last bit was running to the store and back and then around family housing.
