| I went on a nice 3.5 mile run. I was surprised to find that my pace was under 7:45, since I wasn't pushing all that hard and it has been a long break. But it was a pleasant surprise. It was quite cold, but not as bad as it has been for much of the winter. Well, that's it for today. |

| Four miles pretty easy with Anna and Joshua, and then with Emily for a little bit. 34 degrees felt quite nice. I can't wait for spring. |

| It was a nice morning run. A little bit drizzly, but I wore a hat (a new purchase through ebay) and it was quite nice. I can definitely handle the high 30s. So far, we've heard back from Vanderbilt (I'm high on a waiting list of 3) but not from any other schools. Running will be a good thing to do to help with the waiting game. |
