| I ran the Hollywood 1/2 marathon today. My time was 1:37:02. I started late and so it was crowded and was weaving a lot for the first 4 miles or so. But then I finished stronger. I think I could have run a 1:33 or so under better racing conditions, but I was happy with where my fitness was. After I finished, I ran back and found Anna and finished with her. It was a fun trip and good to race. I'm wanting to get back under 1:30, even closer to 1:20 like I used to be, and that may happen later this year with continued mileage and cycling. |

| It was a nice run and my legs felt pretty good after the 18 on Saturday. Now I just want to continue building and maintaining miles for the next few months. |
